ORDERING PROCESS:

• Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order.
• All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from the Saddleback Bookstore in Mission Viejo, Calif.
• The total amount your will see when you place your order is a quote, so your credit card will not actually be charged until your order is pulled and processed after we recieve it. Again all the books in your order come directly from the Saddleback Bookstore.
• Please review your order before submitting it. When entering the billing address, please list the credit card billing address, that is the address that the credit card bill goes to, or else it will further delay your order. Do not use gift card credit cards, or else your order will be declined.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

• If your order is not a store pickup, it will be shipped the next business day after it is fulfilled.
• All orders are shipped via FEDEX. Orders will not be shipped to PO Boxes. You must be present to accept delivery, no orders will be porched

DO NOT SUBSTITUTE:

• Do not substitute means you only want the NEW or USED selections you made in the order, and not to substitute if your preference is unavailable.
• If you select Do Not Substitute and your preference is unavailable, it will be cancelled from your order.

STOCK AVAILABILITY:

• Since the bookstore does not have real time inventory, some books may be out of stock or unavailable at the time you place your order. In this case the book may be backordered and may delay that book from being fulfilled in your order, or could be cancelled from your order and you will be notified by email of the cancellation.

INTERNET ORDERS:

• Orders placed during the first 2 weeks of classes will take a minimum of 2-5 business days to process and fulfill.
• Orders placed on Fridays or weekends will not download to our system until the following business day, this includes holidays and spring break.
• Orders with the option "NO - will be cancelled and will change the price quoted intially.With the option & quot YES, will also change the price as well.
